Hollande to ram through labor code decree by force

In France, talks between unions and the government over the proposed labor reforms have hit a deadlock. The reforms bill does not have enough support in the parliament. But the government says it’s ready to bypass the legislative body through what many see as an obscure constitutional clause. Ramin Mazaheri has more from Paris.
