EU leaders shell-shocked at Brexit vote

The presidents of the three main EU institutions have expressed disappointment over the result of the UK’s EU referendum.

The presidents of the three main EU institutions have expressed disappointment over the result of the UK’s EU referendum. Jean-Claude Juncker, Donald Tusk and Martin Schulz appeared somewhat shocked by the result as they gave separate media briefings following the UK vote. However, they promised to keep the remaining 27 countries in the bloc intact.
