Afghans react on US decision over attacking MSF hospital

The Pentagon has announced that last year’s airstrike on a hospital in Afghanistan operated by Doctors Without Borders or MSF did not amount to a war crime. It has only issued administration punishments for the US soldiers who carried out the attack. The move has outraged both the MSF and local Afghans.
