Economists: No significant recovery for France until 2017

Last month, France’s jobless data improved, but economists do not expect a significant recovery until 2017 at the earliest. That may not be good enough for President Francois Hollande, whose re-election chances look increasingly slim. Our correspondent Ramin Mazaheri has more from Paris
