South Korea has suspended all activities at the Kaesong joint industrial complex in response to the North’s recent missile launch and nuclear test. The move widens the divide between the two neighbors amid tensions on the Korean Peninsula. Pyongyang described the shutdown a declaration of war and has designated Kaesong as a military zone.
