Britain has accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of involvement in the death of former KGB officer Alexander Litvinenko in 2006. This was stated in a report submitted to London's High Court following a public inquiry. The paper also claims the actual perpetrators of the killing were Russian businessman Dmitry Kovtun and former Federal Security Service officer Andrey Lugovoy.
