OECD report acknowledges refugee crisis, but proposes few changes

The OECD think-tank, often called the club of rich countries, has issued its yearly report on international migration amid the ongoing refugee crisis. The OECD acknowledged the scale of the problem but, in its typically conservative fashion, failed to call for serious changes to either migration or foreign policies.
