Growing division among EU countries over refugee policy

Divisions are growing among European Union member countries, over the bloc's policy on refugees and asylum seekers. Hungary is blaming Germany for this week's rising number of refugees arriving in the EU despite calls from the bloc's foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini on the members to end the blame game. From Brussels, the headquarters of the European Union, Jerome Hughes reports.
