Colorful dining set helps Alzheimer’s patients eat better

Patients who are suffering from the Alzheimer's disease may have more trouble eating food as the disorder makes progress. But things are getting a lot easier for them, thank to this unique dining set.

“Eat well” is a seven-piece tableware set with twenty unique features. It is designed to increase the patient's food intake. The set comes in bright colors because, according to a study, users distinguish food better by using bright colors. Other features include bowls and cups with angled bases, allowing contents to naturally fall to one side. This means users can easily scoop on food and drink from their cups. What’s more, each product in the “Eat Well” set has been created with anti-slippage material at the bottom to prevent slipping or sliding.
