Rwanda urges Africa to issue arrest warrant for Western leaders

The African Union Peace and Security Council has demanded that the British government immediately release Rwanda’s intelligence chief Karake Karenzi. At a special session of the council, Rwanda has called for Africa to take a retaliatory action and issue arrest warrants for Western leaders.
