German committee to investigate US-German spying project

A federal committee has been set up in Germany to investigate an espionage project led by the US National Security Agency (NSA) in collaboration with the German intelligence agency BND. The panel, also known as the NSA Investigation Committee has interrogated German intelligence staff so far and now the BND president has been summoned for questioning.
