Diplomatic sources have revealed that Pakistan is under tremendous pressure from the Arab countries [UAE and Saudi Arabia] to help them with air, navel and particularly ground forces. Therefore, Islamabad is actively considering to deploy thousands of troops in Saudi Arabia to counter of what Riyadh claims threats from Ansarullah fighters in Yemen.

Pakistan receives most of its remittances from the Middle East. Islamabad meets half of its oil needs from Saudi Arabia - many times on deferred payment or occasionally on concession or free of cost.
