Sabah Jawad, the director of Iraqi Democrats against Occupation from Baghdad, was interviewed by Press TV on the use of toxic chlorine gas by the ISIL Takfiri terrorists.

Jawad believes using chlorine gas is a “common practice” by ISIL, adding that every time the terrorists suffer defeat on the military ground, they resort to “scaremongering” tactics.

He also says after the recent victory achieved by Iraqi army and volunteer forces in Tikrit, Salahuddin Province, ISIL wants to prove that it is still there and capable of committing atrocities especially against civilians.
