Ibrahim Mousawi: United States adding fuel to fire of turmoil in Syria
Press TV has interviewed Ibrahim Mousawi, a political commentator from Beirut, to discuss a decision by the United States to train and arm the so-called moderate militants fighting in Syria.
Mousawi says the United States is adding fuel to the fire of turmoil in Syria when it talks about training the so-called moderate militants to fight the Syrian army and purportedly ISIL. He believes if the Americans and their allies had stopped providing arms and financial aid to the extremist groups, the Syrian government would have eradicated ISIL long ago.
