A Palestinian official says 2,000 people have been evacuated from Syria-based Yarmuk refugee camp amid ISIL attacks.

In Damascus, fighting has fiercely increased in Yarmuk refugee camp where ISIL militants managed to reach. The proximity of Yarmouk to Damascus and the threat they pose on Syria’s capital suggest that battle between the Takfiri militants and Palestinian fighters defending the camp will not end soon.
