At least ten militants affiliated with the ruling Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) regime have been injured in a fierce exchange of gunfire with members of a local Druze group in Syria’s southern province of Sweida.

Syria’s unelected parliament had held its inaugural session since the HTS regime took power in December 2024.
