Iraq applies DNA test on bodies found in mass graves
Iraqi Human Rights Ministry gathers the remains of a military base victims massacred by ISIL terrorists and buried in Tikrit. The Human Rigths Ministry aims to find the victims’ identities via DNA tests. The ministry says new sites of mass graves have been found inside the city that most probably belong to the victims of the Speicher base. Meanwhile, hundreds of Iraqi families are waiting to see the DNA test results to find out about the fate of their loves ones. Our correspondent Rahshan Saglam has this report from Baghdad.
