Thousands of people have joined a demonstration in London to call for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, after the UK chose to abstain on a UNSC​​​​​​​ resolution for an immediate ceasefire.

For the third Saturday in a row, pro-Palestine demonstrators packed the streets of central London to condemn the UK government's unequivocal support for Israel, demanding the cessation of Israeli aggression in Gaza.

"From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free," protesters chant in central London.

Massive demonstrations are held in Sydney and London in solidarity with Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
