Russian foreign minister has arrived in China for talks on Afghanistan, in his first visit to the country since Moscow began its offensive against Ukraine.

“They have declared a true hybrid war, a total war against us,” the Russian foreign minister said.

“If there was any illusion that we could one day rely on our Western partners, this illusion is no longer there,” Lavrov has told RT English television.
