Palestinian authorities say the global silence has emboldened brutal attacks by “terrorist settler militias” against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.

Ahmad Hussein Zalloum, a 44-year-old Palestinian man from the occupied West Bank city of Nablus, was released on Nov. 26 after spending 22 years in Israeli prisons.

A young Palestinian man shot and illegally captured by Israeli forces after a raid into his family home in the northern West Bank, died two days later in an Israeli detention center, rights groups reported.

Israel has ramped up its aggression on the occupied West Bank by conducting violent raids on several areas in Nablus, Jenin and Tulkarm.

Israeli forces have carried out raids on different towns and cities in the occupied West Bank, sparking confrontations with local residents.
