Europe's oldest time capsule found in Poland church spire
The State Archive in Wroclaw presented what is believed to be the oldest time capsule ever found in Europe, dating back to 1797, on Wednesday. The archive’s director Janusz Golaszewski stated that several bullet holes were found in one of the canisters, likely caused by the bullets of liberating Red Army soldiers in 1945.
