The fighters of Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance movement have renewed their allegiance to the group’s leader, asserting that the resistance’s enemies are in a state of fear from its fighters and firepower.

“We announce, in the name of all our jihadi formations and from the heart of every fighter of the Islamic Resistance, our renewed allegiance to Your Eminence,” the fighters wrote in a message addressed to the movement’s Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem on Saturday.

The fighters vowed to continue to adhere to the path of the group’s former leader, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, who was martyred during intense Israeli airstrikes against the Lebanese capital Beirut in late September.

They pledged to keep “working to achieve his (Nasrallah’s) goals in supporting the oppressed and preserving his will to be the shield protecting our people and beloved community, safeguarding the accomplishments of the martyrs' blood, and advancing with insight on the path of resistance, liberation of the land, and expulsion of the invaders.”

Further in the statement, Hezbollah’s fighters asserted that they had amassed sufficient firepower to confront the resistance’s enemies.

“This is our equipment and numbers, what our Lord has enabled us with, and what our enemy fears,” they said.

They said they had undertaken the duty to “shatter the dreams of every aggressor, betrayer, and deluded one, and with our people and community, we shall repel the enemy’s schemes with our fists clutching their throats, returning with victory.”

The statement came amid intensified Israeli aggression against Lebanon that has claimed the lives of more than 3,100 people across the country since last October.

Most recently, the Israeli regime killed at least 40 people and injured 14 others across Lebanon, including the Baalbek-Hermel Province in the country’s northeast. The fatalities included the entire members of a Lebanese family, identified as Dani Zuaitar.

In the country’s south, Israeli airstrikes killed at least five people near the southern city of Sour, and claimed the lives of six others in the villages of Ain Baal and Deir Qanoun Ras al-Ain.

Hezbollah has been retaliating against the aggression by launching hundreds of successful operations against the occupied Palestinian territories and the Israeli forces trying to advance on southern Lebanese areas.

Also on Saturday, the group announced targeting the Haifa Technical Base in the city of Haifa in the occupied territories with a barrage of quality missiles, and struck the artillery positions in the Galilee Finger area that are used by the regime for attacking southern Lebanese areas with cluster shells, with rocket salvos.

They also said they had hit the city of Safad and gatherings of Israeli forces in the illegal settlements of Avivim, Rosh Pinna, Hatzor HaGlilit, Katzrin, Kiryat Shmona, and Metulla settlements with rocket barrages.

A day earlier, the movement had reported striking the Malam military factory that contributes to the regime’s air and missile systems), south of the city of Tel Aviv, with a missile barrage for the first time.

Hezbollah has vowed to sustain its strikes until the Israeli regime ends its aggression against Lebanon.
