Iraqi resistance launches drone strikes on Israeli targets in Jordan Valley, Golan

Iraqi resistance fighters have conducted separate drone strikes on strategic targets within the Israeli-occupied territories in response to the usurping regime’s ongoing atrocities against Palestinians in Gaza and bloody offensives in Lebanon.

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an umbrella group of anti-terror fighters, in a statement published on its Telegram channel on Sunday confirmed that it had carried out an operation aimed at a vital target in the Jordan Valley.

The alliance said the drone strike was launched in continuation of resistance against the occupying Israeli regime, in support of the Palestinian and Lebanese nations, and in response to the massacres that the Zionist entity is perpetrating against ordinary people, including women, children, and the elderly.

The resistance coalition noted that it will continue to target and destroy important installations across the occupied lands.

Hours later, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq reported a second drone strike on another key Israeli target located in the same occupied territory.

“The fighters of the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, today Sunday 3-11-2024, attacked, for the second time, a vital target in the occupied Jordan Valley using drones,” the group said in a follow-up statement.

The Islamic resistance in Iraq says it has carried out fresh retaliatory operations, striking a number of Israeli targets inside the occupied territories.

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq also announced a new operation against a strategic Israeli position in the Golan Heights using bomb-laden unmanned aerial vehicles.

The Iraqi resistance vowed to continue its operations against Israeli targets with increasing intensity.

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq has stepped up attacks targeting Israeli positions as the regime’s military intensifies its assaults on Gaza and Lebanon. The alliance has been conducting numerous operations against sensitive targets lying across the occupied territories since October 7 last year, when the Israeli regime began waging a genocidal war in the Gaza Strip.

At least 43,314 Palestinians, most of them women and children, have been killed in the brutal Israeli military onslaught so far.

The coalition has also carried out retaliatory attacks against the US occupation bases across Iraq and neighboring Syria due to Washington’s unbridled political, military, and intelligence support for Israel’s atrocities in Gaza.
