Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, while delivering a speech at a high-level open debate of the Security Council on the sidelines of the 79th United Nations General Assembly Session in New York, urged the Council to impose sanctions on Israel, including an arms and trade embargo, for its genocidal actions against the Palestinians.
