May 25: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed more than 35,900 Palestinians so far, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Saturday, May 25, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations on May 25:

• Targeted an Israeli military Merkava tank with an Al-Yassin 105 shell in the vicinity of Salah al-Din Gate, south of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
• Targeted an Israeli military Merkava-4 tank with an Al-Yassin 105 shell behind the Abu Zeitoun school, and another Merkava-4 tank at the Al-Burai junction in the Jabalia camp, north of the Gaza Strip.
• Detonated a Ra’adiya explosive device on a group of Israeli soldiers near the entrance of a tunnel, east of the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
• Detonated a booby-trapped house on a special unit of the Israeli military next to the Habboub building in the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
• Sniped an Israeli soldier with a Qassam ‘Ghoul’ rifle project area northeast of the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
• Targeted an Israeli military Merkava-4 tank with two Al-Yassin 105 shells in the vicinity of the Imam Ali Mosque, east of the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades’ operations on May 25:

• Bombed a gathering of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles in the Al-Qasasib neighborhood in Jabalia, northern Gaza Strip, with a barrage of 60mm mortars.
• Targeted an Israeli military’s Merkava-4 tank with an anti-armor shell in the axis of advance, in the Beit Lahia project in the northern Gaza Strip.
• Bombed gatherings of Israeli soldiers and army vehicles with mortar shells on the front lines east of the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
• Targeted a gathering of Israeli forces and their military vehicles penetrating the vicinity of the airport, east of the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip.
• Bombed a position of Israeli soldiers on the supply line south of Tal al-Hawa on the “Netzarim” axis with mortar shells.

Al-Quds Brigades’ operations on May 25:

• Bombed a gathering of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles in Al-Qasasib neighborhood in the Jabalia city, northern Gaza Strip, with a barrage of standard 60-caliber mortars.
• Targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles penetrating the area of Tabet Zari, northeast of the city of Rafah in southern Gaza, with a 107-type guided missile.

Mujahideen Brigades’ operations’ on May 25:

• Detonated a locally-made explosive device in an Israeli military jeep and engaged in fierce clashes with an Israeli force on Al-Nasirah Street in the city of Jenin, occupied West Bank

Hezbollah’s operations on May 25:

Eastern sector:

• At around 12:20 local time, after monitoring the movement of Israeli forces at the Al-Marj site and observing a Merkava tank fortified inside it, resistance fighters ambushed and targeted it with a guided missile, leading to its destruction and causing a number of casualties.
• At 14:30, targeting a building used by "israeli" enemy soldiers in the "Manara" settlement with appropriate weapons, hitting it directly, in response to the "israeli" enemy's attacks on the steadfast southern villages and civilian homes.
• Targeted a building in the "Manara" settlement housing Israeli soldiers with a barrage of rockets.
• At around 18:10 local time, targeting the spy equipment of the regime forces at the Ruwaisat Al-Alam site in the occupied Lebanese hills of Kfar Shuba with appropriate weapons.
• At around 19:00 local time, targeting two buildings used by Israeli soldiers in the "Metulla" settlement with appropriate weapons.
• At around 16:15 local time, targeting the Zebdine site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms with artillery shells.

Western Sector:

• At around 13:05 local time, targeting targets in the "Zarit" barracks with guided missiles and artillery shells, hitting and destroying them directly.
• Targeting two buildings used by Israeli soldiers in the "Shtula" settlement with appropriate weapons.
