The possibility of peace for the Ukraine conflict may now just be a pipe dream.
The Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has opted for the war and deaths to continue over peace and reconstruction since he has signed a decree that prevents peace with Russia.
The question is this decision one that he has made, or has been directed to do so?
