Anger as French government won’t cap energy prices until 2023

France is breaking with the usual Western capitalist tactic of unregulated free markets, by announcing price caps for home energy prices. However, many are upset that the caps will not begin until next year, and also because the government didn’t do anything to restrict the price of petrol.
