On Wednesday, the UN chief said the impacts of the war in Ukraine have generated food and finance crises globally, with vulnerable ones being hit hard.
Afghan experts say Afghanistan is among the countries affected severely.
Afghan traders and businessmen also complain about the severe impacts of freezing Afghan assets by the US and global sanctions on the country.
Following the Taliban takeover, the US and allies froze some 9 billion dollars in Afghan central bank assets and major funding to the country was halted.
