What troop withdrawal? 18,000 US contractors will remain in Afghanistan

The US troop withdrawal announcement isn’t what it appears to be. The United States will still have some 18-thousand contractors remain in Afghanistan, nearly a third of which are American citizens. That includes US Special forces, mercenaries, and intelligence operatives. That makes the US statement about withdrawing all its troops from the country misleading.
