Bayer Leverkusen have brushed aside Freiburg 4-2 away from home to extend their unbeaten start to the Bundesliga season and move up to fourth in the table.
Freiburg got off to a perfect start when Lucas Holer fired in the opener just three minutes into the match. But Lucas Alario turned the game around for Leverkusen when he first slotted home before the half-hour mark.
And then the Argentine completed a brace before the break, converting a low cross from close range.
Leverkusen extended their lead just after the hour mark when Nadiem Amiri rifled in a powerful shot from outside the box.
Nils Petersen then tapped home on a low cross in the 72nd minute to spark hope of a comeback for Freiburg.
But that hope did not last long, when Jonathan Tah, headed home on a corner-kick with a 15 minutes remaining to move Leverkusen up into the fourth place in the Bundesliga table.
