UAE, Israel agree to normalize ties

The United Arab Emirates has agreed to normalize ties with Israel in a US-brokered deal. This makes the UAE the third Arab state to formally establish diplomatic relations with Tel Aviv. The agreement has sparked a backlash against Abu Dhabi.
