US Venezuela war?

Tensions between the United States and Venezuela appear to be on the rise.

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro has accused Washington and some of its allies of plotting to invade Venezuela. In a televised address, Maduro said the US has assembled 'mercenary forces to invade Venezuela'. He added Caracas is not afraid of military combat. 'We don’t want war; we don’t want violence; we don’t want terrorism, but we are not afraid of military combat and we are going to guarantee peace.'
