US offers North Korea aid, seeks denuclearization

The United States has offered to provide North Korea with much needed humanitarian aid in an attempt to restart talks on Pyongyang’s denuclearization. While the offer is seen as a positive development, activists believe such aid should be unconditional and the U.S. should stop blocking other assistance to North Korea. Press TV’s correspondent Frank Smith reports from the South Korean capital, Seoul.
