Russia calls Azov Sea incident ‘provocation’ by Ukraine

Russia has accused Ukraine of deliberately provoking a naval incident off the coast of Crimea. Moscow says the incident was aimed at providing a pretext for the West to impose new sanctions on Moscow. Marina Kurtonova reports.
