IRIB correspondent wounded in Israeli attack in West Bank

A field correspondent working for the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) has been wounded by rubber bullets fired by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank, says the Press TV reporter.

Mona Kandil, Press TV's correspondent, said on Saturday that “12 Palestinians were wounded, including a journalist,” during a protest rally in the city of Ramallah.

Kandil added that the correspondent was shot in his leg and sustained minor injury.
