Germany came from behind and snatched a last gasped 2-1 victory against Sweden to Keep their world Cup hope alive.

Sweden took the lead through an excellent goal when Ola Toivonen lifted the ball over German Keeper Neuer in the 32nd minute.

The Germans leveled the match early in the second half after Marco Reus scored from close range. Real Madrid midfielder Toni Kroos snatched victory for Germany right at the extra time with a fantastic curling free kick.
