French rail workers have again walked out nationwide as part of a three-month strike. The workers are angry at the government’s planned reforms, which would privatize the state-run rail firm. The reforms include ending job-for-life guarantees and early retirement for the rail workers. President Emmanuel Macron is seeking to shake up Europe’s second-biggest economy to spur jobs growth and modernize some of France’s creaking institutions.
