Boiling water turns to snow in hurricane winds at Mount Washington Observatory

Mount Washington Observatory released footage in which boiling water flung from a pitcher turns into snow, as the temperature hit -31°F outside the North Conway facility.

The wind chill was -84°F according to the Observatory's Twitter feed.
