Puerto Ricans still struggling a month after Hurricane Maria

Puerto Rico is still struggling with the aftermath of the Hurricane Maria, a month after the devastating storm battered the Caribbean island. 80 percent of the population there are still without electricity, while another 30 percent has no access to running water. The difficult conditions have also forced many residents to leave the island.
