Another patient dies waiting for treatment outside Gaza

Another patient has lost his life in the Gaza Strip to become the fourth Gazan to die this week as a result of the Israeli siege on the Palestinian region. The patient succumbed to cancer after he was denied a permit to receive treatment outside of the besieged enclave.
