S Korea presidential race revives talks on Inter-Korean business park

South Koreans will go to the polls later this year to choose a new president. As Press TV’s Frank Smith reports from Seoul, one of the sticking points among contenders is the fate of the Kei Sung Industrial Complex. This is a joint project with North Korea and it was shut down a year ago amid tension on the Korean Peninsula.
