Iraqi forces cut Daesh link with Syria after retaking Rutbah

Iraqi forces have recaptured a strategic region from Daesh terrorists near the border with Syria. Military officials say Rutbah's liberation could pave the way for complete elimination of Daesh from western Iraq.
