China’s southwestern city of Chongqing is hosting a three-day low-altitude parachuting competition.

16 contestants have participated in the event including world champions and world record holders from the United States, Brazil, Russia, Australia, Switzerland and Norway.

They were required to perform stunts as somersault, turning and side-turning in three seconds after jumping from a skywalk less than 400 meters from ground, with a speed of about 50 meter per second.

The 26-meter-long skywalk can accommodate 200 people at one time although only 30 are allowed on it for 30 minutes at a time to maximize the experience.
