The European Union and Turkey have agreed on a draft deal to address the EU refugee crisis. During a Brussels summit, the two sides agreed in principle to a proposal which would involve sending back irregular refugees from Greece into Turkey. An equal number of Syrian refugees would then be resettled from camps in Turkey to European Union countries. That has prompted human rights groups to question the legality of the process.
