One year on Charlie Hebdo keeps publishing “offensive” cartoons

One year after the Charlie Hebdo attacks, the weekly has published fresh cartoons deemed offensive and condemned by religious leaders in France. At the same time, the government has announced even more stringent security measures as commemoration ceremonies are underway across the country.
