British media have released footage showing Israeli soldiers treating a wounded Takfiri terrorist in the occupied Golan Heights.

In the footage published in a Daily Mail report on Tuesday, a group of heavily armed Israeli commandos can be seen crossing over into the Syrian territory and dragging a wounded militant to the occupied Palestinian territories, where they treat him and move him to an ambulance.

According to the report, the Israeli regime has saved over 2,000 Takfiri militants at the cost of around USD 13 million over the last three years.

Syria says Israel and its Western and regional allies are aiding Takfiri militant groups operating inside the Arab country.

The Syrian army has repeatedly seized huge quantities of Israeli-made weapons and advanced military equipment from the foreign-backed militants inside Syria.

Israel captured the Golan Heights from Syria during the Six-Day War of 1967, when it also took control of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. It annexed the Golan Heights in 1981, although the move was never recognized by the international community and was a violation of international law.
