Scientists discover prehistoric crocodile remains

Undated photograph released by the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos on February 26, 2015, of the fossil of a prehistoric crocodile in a riverbed in the northwestern region of Loreto, Peru. A team of Peruvian, US and French paleontologists discovered remains of seven species of crocodiles, including the species named Gnatusuchus, believed to have fed on mollusks more than 13 million years ago.
